Measuring the Glans Circumference
(Only one measurement is required.)
Using a soft, flexible measuring tape, or else a string,
measure around the most proximal, largest part of the glans [called the corona]
(preferably with the penis flaccid. [Flaccid means soft, not hard!]).
Just measure the circumference there. The tape will lie partly on the shaft.
Obtain the largest circumferential distance around this area. It is sort of like
measuring a pipe.
Another Explanation for the same thing
Take a flexible measuring tape like the ones that tailors use (or a
piece a string will do). Wrap it around the edge of the corona of
your penis. The corona is the very bottom edge of the glans of
your penis.
Typical: 3 1/4" to 5 1/4".

accuracy of 1/4" for the glans is fine.
